Friends,

We're leaving for a three day vacation in an hour but I wanted to post a quick update.

I HAVE A POTTY.

This past week, Noah got the toilet in working order. There are still a few things to fix, one being a leak from the water tank, but at this point we're both thrilled to have a toilet that works. No more potty breaks outside! Things are also just roughed in -- not only will we get a new water tank that better first the space, we'll also be moving the toilet when we have a more exact place for it to live. 

Also in tiny house news, I had been searching for a second hand dresser to put in the bedroom. I spent more time than I'd like to admit searching for the perfect solution before my mother offered up this 4 drawer gem that is the perfect size! I'll eventually refinish it to fit the design of everything else but for now I'm so thrilled to have a place in the bedroom to tuck things away. It was certainly a boost for both of us because it really does help to transform the space and make it feel more like home.
